Refund policy

We do not issue refunds for any of our products unless they are returned. If your product arrives damaged, please send us photos for proof to shopkalibearco@gmail.com. Custom orders may be shipped again if damaged but not refunded as we cannot re-use or re-sell the item due to it being personalized. All custom orders are approved by the customer before they are shipped.
