Custom & personalized orders:

If you are interested in a custom product that is not available on our website, please contact us and we can discuss your ideas and create a custom checkout option for you. 

Care instructions:

Stickers:
- Always peel from the larger end very slowly to avoid ripping.
- Please avoid putting them in the dishwasher.
- Do not apply any kind of soap or cleaning chemicals on them.
- Avoid handling when wet. Let air dry.
- We are not responsible for scratching/smudging that may occur due to poor handling.

What if my order doesn't arrive/gets lost in the mail?

All orders have a tracking number that both the customer and our shop can view at any time. We are not responsible for any USPS delays. If the shipping address on the order is correct and it does not arrive, please contact us along with your order number. We highly recommend filing for a lost item through your local post office first. Once your tracking info is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the loss of an item. We will only replace items if they are lost in transit or haven't been delivered after 4 weeks.

What if I accidentally put the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us if you put the wrong address before it has been marked shipped. Once it is marked shipped, we cannot change the address as it is the buyers responsibility to have put the correct address.

Can I get a refund on a custom order?

Custom orders may be shipped again if damaged, but not refunded as we cannot re-use or re-sell the item due to it being personalized. All custom products are approved by the customer before they are shipped.
